How old do I have to be to participate in surveys?
Anyone from eighteen years of age is welcome in the IvoMar iPanel ®.
What should I do if I want to take part in surveys?
You can register using the registration form on the website. After you have completed and sent the form, you are in the IvoMar iPanel ® and you will be invited to participate in our surveys.
How can I change my email address?
You can change your email address by sending a mail via the Contact button. Clearly state your old and new address.
Can several people use the same email address?
No, it is important that all applicants have their own email address. Only then can we be sure that we only invite you to surveys that are relevant to you. Besides that, when analysing the results, it is important to know the background characteristics such as age and gender, apply to the person who completed the questionnaire. Most Internet service providers can allocate extra email addresses on request, or you can request a free e-mail address, for example from Hotmail (http://www.hotmail.com).
How can I unsubscribe?
If you no longer want to participate in the surveys of the IvoMar iPanel ®, you can unsubscribe by sending a mail by clicking the Contact button.
Will anyone try to sell me anything via a survey?
Definitely not. IvoMar Marktonderzoek B.V. is a market research agency. Your opinion is only used to improve our clients' products. This site is not used to advertise a product or service. We will never attempt to sell you anything.
What reward will I get?
This depends on the type of survey. The bottom line is that the product you receive is already a reward, or a raffle that takes place where a number of gift vouchers are raffled among participants. Anyone who fully completed the survey, is eligible for the draw. We always tell you what the reward is in the invitation e-mail.
How do I know if or what I have won?
You will be personally informed by e-mail.
Why am I asked for my name, e-mail address and other information?
First of all, we need this information to be able to invite you by e-mail to take part in our surveys. Secondly, for a proper analysis of the survey, it is important to know a bit more about you than your name and e-mail address. In most surveys, we examine whether there are differences between groups (do men or women like the product better?). So we ask for some background information on the registration form. By doing this at registration, we need only ask you these questions once. Last but not least, for some surveys, we are looking for people with specific characteristics. For example: people who regularly use a particular product.
Will I get unsolicited e-mails after my registration?
No, IvoMar Marktonderzoek B.V. is completely independent of advertisers. The website or e-mail will never be used in any way for advertising purposes or to try to sell you a product or service. Your e-mail address is strictly confidential and will never be passed on to third parties.
How often will I be invited to take part in a survey?
It depends on the number of surveys that we have, and whether you are part of the target group for a survey. It is certainly not the intention to overload you with surveys; our aim is once a month or once every two months. In the registration questionnaire, you can specify how often you want to take part. Participation is always completely without commitment; you are under no obligation to participate in surveys for which we have invited you.
What kind of surveys can I expect?
The surveys always relate to products you can buy in the supermarket. These are often the products and packages themselves, but also concepts (product ideas) or questions about how you use products.
How long does an average survey take?
The length of the questionnaire varies per survey. We try to keep the questionnaire as short as possible and usually it takes about five to ten minutes to answer all the questions.
