The main methods are the in-home survey (respondents try out the product at home), research on location and online research. These three forms are discussed extensively under the Methods button. In all these research methods, many target group selections are possible. Furthermore, it is also possible to involve children in the research by means of a separate children's form.

We have selected about thirty different shopping centres in The Netherlands based on income distribution, level of urbanization, regional spread, etc. Here our interviewers approach respondents based on the pre-determined target group criteria. Dependable results, because for an in-home survey, we guarantee a response rate of 70%, while the sample gives a representative picture of the population. For on-location surveys and street interviews, respondents take part in the survey on the spot. New respondents are selected for each survey, so in that respect objectivity is properly guaranteed.
